About Us

Our
Story
Food has always been at the heart of our family. Growing up surrounded by Italian and French cooking on one side and cake decorating on the other, we learned early on that food isn’t just about what’s on the plate—it’s about bringing people together and creating memories.
In 2010, that connection was lost when Kelly discovered she couldn’t digest gluten, and in 2017, she was diagnosed with Crohn’s disease—conditions that made many favorite foods off-limits. But instead of giving up, we turned our kitchen into a place of creativity and hope, transforming recipes to fit her needs without sacrificing comfort or flavor.
That journey became Sanctuary—a place where everyone, no matter their dietary restrictions, can enjoy food that feels like home. We know firsthand how hard it can be to find meals that are both safe and satisfying, so we’ve devoted ourselves to crafting dishes that nourish, comfort, and connect.
Our mission is simple: to provide a welcoming space where food brings people together again. Whether you’ve been gluten-free for years or are just beginning your journey, we want you to feel safe, cared for, and part of our family—one delicious bite at a time.
