Cooking/Heating Directions:

*These are suggested cooking directions, ovens may vary and yield different cooking times*

*Raw dough should be cooked to an internal temperature of 190-200°F*

*Consuming raw or undercooked foods (meats, poultry, or eggs) may increase your risk of foodborne illness*

Arancini: 

Cooked: Suggested Reheat: From frozen, bake at 400°F 20-25 minutes until internal temperature is at least 165°F

 

Breakfast Biscuits:

From Frozen: Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes.  Biscuits are done when they are puffed and browned around the edges and internal temperature is at least 165°F  

Buttermilk Biscuits: 

From Frozen: Brush frozen biscuits with milk or buttermilk to help brown. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes. 

 

Cheddar Biscuits:

From Frozen: Bake at 350°F for 25-30 minutes. Optional: Brush biscuits with butter and sprinkle garlic salt on top before baking.

 

Cheesecake:

Cooked: Thaw in fridge or on counter.

 

Chicken Empanadas:

Cooked: Suggested Reheat: From frozen, bake at 350°F for 25 minutes and internal temperature is at least 165°F. Note: If microwaved, it will lose its crisp shell.

 

Chicken Noodle Soup:

Cooked: Reheat via microwave or stove top until warm. 

*For stove top: Place under hot running water to separate soup from container.


Chicken Patties:

Cooked: Suggested Reheat: Bake at 350°F for 15-20 minutes. Flip half way through for extra crisp. 

 

Chicken Pot Pie: 

*REMOVE CLING WRAP*

From Frozen: Remove from the freezer 30 minutes before baking. Bake at 425°F for 30 minutes then reduce heat to 350 °F for 70-80 minutes. Internal temperature should reach 165°F. For small pot pie, time may decrease. To reduce over browning you can bake with the foil on the pie and remove for the final 15-20 mins .  If it starts to brown too quickly, replace the foil for the remainder of the cook time.

Chicken Tenders:

Cooked: Suggested Reheat: Bake at 350°F for 15-20 minutes. Flip half way through for extra crisp. 

 

Cinnamon Rolls:

*Removing rolls from foil can cause cinnamon filling to run out of roll. DO NOT BAKE WITH PLASTIC LID ON OR MICROWAVE CONTAINER.

From Frozen: Bake at 350° for 40-45 minutes. Once removed from the oven, let cool for 2-5 minutes and then add icing. 

 

Cookies:

From Frozen: Bake at 350°F for:

12 minutes: Chocolate Chip, Turtle, Skipper, Snickerdoodle

11 minutes: Oat Chocolate Chip, Oat Raisin, Oat Cranberry

10 minutes: Molasses

Corn Muffins:

Cooked: Set out to thaw to room temperature or microwave in 15 second increments until desired warmth.

 

Croissants:

Cooked: Microwave 15-30 Seconds for an out of the oven softness. 

Icing:

Ready to eat! May need to thaw. 

 

Lasagna:

*DO NOT COOK WITH PLASTIC LID ON OR MICROWAVE THE CONTAINER.

From Frozen: With foil on, Bake at 350°F for 1-1.5 hours. Remove foil and cook for 10 more minutes.

Lasagna Soup:

Cooked: Reheat via microwave or stove top until warm. 

*Stove top: Place under hot running water to separate soup from container.

 

Mac and Cheese Bake:

*DO NOT COOK WITH PLASTIC LID ON OR MICROWAVE THE CONTAINER.

From Frozen: 350°F 20-25 minutes*. 

 

Pepperoni rolls:

From Frozen: 350°F for 25-30 minutes. Serving Suggestion: Cut into pinwheels and serve with marinara or pizza sauce.
 

*NEW* Pierogi:

From Frozen: Boil 4-6 minutes or until the pierogi begins to float. Use a slotted spoon to drain water. Enjoy as is or see Chef's Favorite.

Chef's Favorite: Once boiled, sauté 1 onion, sliced in a tbsp of butter. Push onions aside and place pierogis in the middle of pan. Once browned, flip. Once browned on both sides, stir onion, butter, and pierogis together and enjoy!

Pies:

*REMOVE PLASTIC WRAP

Crust (Raw): If frozen, thaw before using (The more room temp, the more malleable the dough will be)

Apple: From Frozen: 425°F for 15 minutes then 375°F for 30-45 minutes. If browning too fast, cover the crust or top with foil.

Cherry, Blueberry or Strawberry: From Frozen: 425°F for 15 minutes then 375°F for 30-45 minutes. If browning too fast, cover the crust with foil.

Pumpkin: Cooked: Thaw in fridge or counter top. To warm, cover with foil and put in the oven for 10 minutes.

 

Pigs in a Blanket:

From Frozen: 350°F for 20-22 minutes.

 

Pizza:

*REMOVE PLASTIC WRAP AND CARDBOARD.

From Frozen: Put toppings of choice on the crust and bake at 400°F for 13-15 minutes

    

Pop Tarts:

From Frozen: 350°F for 20 minutes. Let sit for 2-5 minutes before applying icing.

 

Pumpkin Butternut Squash Soup:

Cooked: Reheat via microwave or stove top until warm. 

*Stove top: Place under hot running water to separate soup from container.

 

Soft Rolls (Dairy Free Dinner and Sandwich Rolls):

Cooked: Thaw in the fridge, countertop, or microwave. Sandwich Roll Suggestion: Microwave 40 seconds, cut, then microwave another 40 seconds. 

Spinach Rolls:

From Frozen: 350°F for 25-30 minutes. Serving Suggestion: Cut into pinwheels and serve with marinara or pizza sauce.

 

Sweet Breads:

Cooked: Thaw in the fridge or countertop.

 

Turnovers:

From Frozen: Bake at 350°F for 18-25 minutes. Let sit for 2-5 minutes before applying icing. 

 

White Bean and Kale Soup:

Cooked: Reheat via microwave or stove top until warm. 

*Stove top: Place under hot running water to separate soup from container.
